AboutMy name is Mārtiņš Jaunarājs.I am based in Latvia and have spent more than a decade working with companies as an investor and board member, including at BaltCap, a leading private equity and venture capital investor in the Baltics.I have been involved in evaluating investments, working with management teams, and supporting companies through growth and exit situations.What I am doingI am currently speaking with owners of small and mid-sized industrial companies in Latvia, particularly in sectors such as metal processing and manufacturing. These are typically owner-led businesses where day-to-day realities are very different from what is visible from the outside.The goal is simple:To build a real understanding of how these businesses operate today, how they are changing, and what challenges owners are facing in practice.This is not a consulting project or a sales initiative.Why I am reaching outMany industrial businesses in Latvia are at an interesting point:
